1.    What is Elant Solutions?

Elant Solutions is a Platform where Students can easily find qualified and experienced tutors. We select tutors to teach on our platform by following a stringent procedure in which the qualification, experience and teaching methodology of the teacher is conclusively tested. Therefore, the Student can rely on the services of Elant Solutions starting from the first day of school to Graduation in virtually every subject taught in educational institutions.

Elant Solutions helps students learn and understand the material in their classes. Elant Solutions provides an open platform where students and educators can share and access high-quality resources. Elant Solutions makes it easier for the students to get expert help by making it available at their finger tips.

Elant Solutions provides a variety of learning resources to help students study more effectively and succeed in their courses. Resources include:

4.    How do I contact customer support?

You can email us on info@elantsolutions.com, or you can also contact us by using the contact us form on the website. We are available 24/7 to listen to you. We generally reply at the earliest opportunity which shall not be later than 3 working days.

 

About Tutor Questions:

 

5.    What are questions?

The students can place their course related questions on the website which will be answered by our tutors. The student shall get 2 free questions with new registration and they can purchase additional questions. Please note that the free questions shall be used within one month, otherwise the questions will expire. Please further note that under no circumstances the questions shall be traded with cash.

 

6.    Can I redeem questions for cash?

No.

 

7.    Do my questions expire if I don’t use them?

The free questions shall expire at the expiry of thirty days and the purchased questions shall expire after the expiry of 6 months from the date of purchase, under no circumstances the questions shall be traded with cash.

 

8.    How do I purchase more questions?

You can purchase more questions by paying through your credit or debit card on the website a la carte, your debit or credit card will only be charged when our tutors post an explanation to your question.

 

Managing Your Account:

9.    How can I change my log-in email?

 

To change your log-in email:

 

1) Hover your mouse over your profile picture icon in the top-right corner.

2) Click Account Settings.

 

3) Under Contact Information, enter your email address and select the Save button.

 

10. How do I change my password?

 

To reset your password:

  1. Log in to your Elant Solutions account.
  2. Hover your mouse over your profile picture icon (located in the top-right corner) and click on My Account.
  3. Enter your new password into the Change Password box.

If the change is successful, you will see a confirmation on the page.

 

11. I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

If you forget your password, please click the Forgot Password link on the log-in page, and we'll send a temporary password to your email. If you don't receive an email within 1 hour, please contact Support by clicking the Contact Us button below for further assistance.

 

12. I cannot log in to my account. What should I do?

If you aren’t able to log in, please follow the steps below to troubleshoot:

  • If the account email or password is incorrect, an error message will pop up. Please make sure that information is correct to the best of your knowledge.
  • If the information is correct and you click the login button only to be redirected back to the login page, please either clear out your browser’s cache and cookies, or try using a different browser.

 

The best way to test this is using a Private/Incognito window, as this will not use any previously saved information to log in.

Asking a Question to Tutors:

 

13. How do I ask a Question?

Visit 24/7 Homework Help and type your question in the text box. For further detail, scroll down on that page to view tips for asking a Question as well as sample Questions. Most Questions receive explanations within 15 minutes of submission.

If you have no available Questions, the Question will be charged to the credit card on file, once a tutor explanation has been posted. You can find and update your credit card information by going to your Account Settings.

 

14. What if my tutor does not fully answer my Question?

Elant Solutions wants you to get the most out of your tutor experience. Therefore, after your tutor has submitted an answer and while the Question is still open, you’re encouraged to follow up with your tutor to request clarification or additional information.

If, after following up with your tutor, you still don’t feel the answer you have is correct or complete, please mark the answer as "unhelpful" and flag a Question Processor. The Question Processor will be able to address the situation and, if necessary, cancel the Question. Please note: Inquiries must be reported within 30 days of the requested deadline.

 

Tutors FAQs:

 

15. How do I apply for a new subject?

You will be able to apply for a new subject under your My Profile Section. But for you to get approved on it, you will have to clear the test.

 

16. How do I deactivate my account?

For deactivating your account, write to us at admin@elantsolutions.com

 

Payment Related:

 

17. What is the payment cycle?

Payment Day is 20th of every month. Payment cycle is 26th of last month to 25th of present month. For example: If you are doing ‘N’ number of assignments in the month of November, your Billing Cycle would be 26th Oct to 25th Nov. Your Payment would be credited in your account on 20th of December.

 

18. Where do I see my earnings?

You will be able to get all the details on your account dashboard.

19. What is the flow in Direct Assignments?

You will get all the details on your account dashboard.

 

20. What are the guidelines to follow in answering?

A.   Make sure answers are correct and legible

B.   Answers to Multiple choice questions are explained in detail

C.   Calculations are shown step wise

D.   More details on referencing, citation and formatting can be fetched on your account dashboard.


Terms & Conditions:


A. Please note that once you have submitted an answer on Elant Solutions, it becomes IPR of Elant Solutions. Therefore you will not be allowed to sell it on any other platform. If found, Elant Solutions holds the right to disapprove you.

B. Elant Solutions will not be responsible if tutor fills in wrong account number and payment is credited to it.

C. Elant Solutions holds the right to remove any tutor if –

i. It is found that tutor is indulging in any malpractice

ii. Rating of tutor is bad

iii. Tutor is not active i.e. there is no activity from Tutor in last 60 days

e. A tutor is deemed inactive if there is no activity from him/her in last 60 days

f. All disputes, claims and controversies, of any sort or nature, between us, arising out of the use of the Site ("Dispute"), shall be resolved solely pursuant to the following procedure: (1) notification to the other party of the facts of the Dispute, the legal basis for the Dispute, and all damages claimed, in writing delivered to (a) the User's email address on file with Elant Solutions, info@elantsolutions.com ("Dispute Notification"); (2) allowance of thirty (30) days from receipt of the Dispute Notification to receive a response to and/or offer to remedy the Dispute.


Refunds:


21. How do I contact Elant Solutions for a refund?

You may contact us by selecting Contact Us below, or you may call us at admin@elantsolutions.com. We're available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

 

22. When will I receive my refund?

Refunds generally take about 3–7 business days for your financial institution to process, but it may take up to 9 business days to be reflected on your statement. Please note: If you paid with PayPal, your refund will be sent back to your PayPal account. To move it from PayPal back to your bank, you’ll need to manually log in to your PayPal account and transfer the funds to your bank.
